SHIPPING
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order:
Metropolitan France
• €10 for orders up to 1.5 kg
• €20 for orders over 1.5 kg
European Union and selected countries*
• €15 for orders up to 1.5 kg
• €25 for orders over 1.5 kg
Other international destinations
• €25 for orders up to 1.5 kg
• €35 for orders over 1.5 kg
The final shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
(* Armenia, Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Vatican City, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Réunion, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Mayotte, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, and Norway.)
Excluded shipping regions
The following regions are excluded from our shipping service: Ascension Island, Israel, Russia, and Tristan da Cunha.
Shipping times
- EU region: 2–10 business days.
- Non-EU region: 4–12 business days.
Customs duties and Taxes
The prices displayed on our website do not include local taxes or customs duties. As we are based in the EU, international shipments may be subject to import taxes and duties, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
Any applicable fees will be charged by the local customs authorities and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
Order processing
Orders placed on weekends will not be shipped until the following weekday(s). Please note that deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays.
If there is a delay in delivery or if an item is out of stock, we will inform you via email as soon as possible. Some delays may occur during sales seasons, public holidays, or due to severe weather conditions. We will notify you in advance about any delays related to sales.
Shipping to offshore islands
Additional transit time may apply for shipping to offshore islands. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for orders delayed in customs.
Delivery to P.O. box addresses
We are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French consumer regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, as stipulated in Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
Start a return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@aestherekme.com with your order number. We will assist you in arranging a pick-up and provide you with a prepaid return label.
Conditions for returns
- The product must be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper protection during transit, with hang tags attached;
- The product should be in perfect condition, free from any defects such as dirt, damage, or scratches, except in cases of returns due to a production defect;
- The product should be unused and unworn.
If the product is not returned in accordance with the above conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be sent back to the customer, on request, subject to the latter paying the shipping costs.
Return fee
- Metropolitan France: a return fee between €10 and €20 will apply (depending on the weight of the parcel), which will be deducted from the refund amount. In case of an exchange, the second shipment will be free of charge.
- EU and selected countries*: a return fee between €15 and €25 will apply (depending on the weight of the parcel), which will be deducted from the refund amount. In case of an exchange, the second shipment will be free of charge.
- Other destinations: a return fee between €25 and €35 will apply (depending on the weight of the parcel), which will be deducted from the refund amount. In case of an exchange, an additional shipping fee for the second shipment will be charged.
The return and exchange shipment fee will be waived if the return is due to a production defect or wrong item delivered.

Refused Shipments
Within the EU
If a shipment within the EU is refused, or is not collected for any reason, it will be treated as a return. A refund will be processed minus the return shipping fee and any additional charges incurred to retrieve the package.
If the package has been lost in transit due to refusal or non-collection, no refund will be issued.
Outside the EU
International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, and import fees, which vary by country and are not covered by Aesther Ekme. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
If these payments are not made, or if the shipment is refused or not collected for any reason, it will be returned to us, or destroyed, depending on the destination country's regulations.
For returned shipments, a refund will be processed minus the return shipping fee and any customs charges incurred to receive the order back. If the package has been destroyed or lost in transit due to non-payment of duties, non collection or refusal, no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
Customers may exchange items within 14 days from the delivery date. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate the process by contacting us at contact@aestherekme.com with the order number.
The exchange item will be dispatched once any balance payment is settled, if applicable, and after we receive the returned. Please ensure that the item meets the return conditions outlined in our policy to facilitate a smooth exchange process.
In case of an exchange within the EU, the second shipment fee will be waived.
Refund
Once the return is validated, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your refund, as stipulated in Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that any customs duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
- Sale items: Items purchased during sales can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Archive Sale Items: All sales during archive sales are final and non-returnable, except in cases of defective items or wrong items delivered.
