ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS - NO RETURN

E.U.: 2-7 working days

NON-E.U.: 10-15 working days

There may be local taxes and duties for your order depending on the destination country. If we are able to calculate these fees for you, they will be added to the total before you complete your order. For the countries where taxes and duties cannot be calculated, you will be required to pay them to the courier at delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.



Orders placed in weekends will not be shipped before the coming weekday(s). Please notice that orders will not be delivered in weekends or on holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. Some delays may occur during sales season, public holidays and due to severe weather conditions. You will be notified in advance about delays due to sales season. 



Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. Aesther Ekme cannot take responsibility for orders that are delayed in Customs.



Please notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

RETURNS

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, in the event it’s not suitable, all goods purchased on our site can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please email contact@aestherekme.com stating your order number, and we will help you arrange a pick-up and send you a pre-adressed return label.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Costs and risks of returned or exchanged articles are with the customer, the original shipping cost of any returned items won’t be refund.

Returns are not possible, however, on the following areas: Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East, United Arab Emirates, Central and South America. 

ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS are not refundable. 

RETURN PROCEDURE

All returns must be in perfect condition, we are unable to accept returns on goods that are scratched or marked. Please ensure that you return the goods in all of their original undamaged packaging as otherwise they cannot be accepted.

To organize the return please contact contact@aestherekme.com, we will help you to schedule the collection at a time suitable for you.

Place the bag in the original packaging, include the invoice, put the returns label provided on the outside of the carton and seal the box.  

The financial responsibility of the return is yours until the package has reached Aesther Ekme and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.

SALE RETURNS

Returns are allowed on items purchased on sale within 7 days of the delivery date for orders.

We only accept sale items that are unused and returned in its original packaging. You will be following the same procedure as when returning full-priced items. Except for the 7-day returning policy on sale items, the same terms and conditions apply for returning these goods.

Returns on items purchased on our Archive Shop. are not possible.

EXCHANGE

You can easily exchange your purchase to another style or color if the wished items are available in stock. We offer 14 days of exchange of items from when you have received your purchase. The shipping cost will be deducted from your purchase as well as any additional fee will be charged or granted, if the prices on the exchanged items don’t match.
