Are you operating a normal delivery service?
Yes, our online store continues to operate normally, with worldwide
delivery, where permitted.

What are you doing to ensure safety?
We are adhering to all appropriate health and hygiene standards in line
with guidance from the World Health Organization. We are maintaining the
highest standards of hygiene at all of our physical warehouses and
ensuring our people work remotely from home.

What about the safety of your drivers?
We make sure our delivery partners are in compliance with applicable
government regulations related to the containment of COVID-19. They are
monitoring the health of their drivers closely; their vehicles are
disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and using hand
sanitizer regularly.

Will my order be delayed?
Shipping might take longer due to local delays. Please check your
tracking to monitor the status of your order and any further updates to your local courier.

Can I return my order later?
Due to potential delays with couriers, we have extended the return
window to 30 days, instead of the usual 14 days. If your return is late
because of shipping delays, your refund will be issued without
any additional fees.
